Save the ocean
The great success of the Prospex collection lies in its diving watches and, therefore, its origin is in the oceans. Seiko is proud to recognize that we are indebted in perpetuity to the oceans and to the people who help preserve this valuable medium.
The Prospex “Save the Ocean” collection fulfills our historic debt and she donates a portion of the proceeds from the watches in this collection to the educational institute: The Fabien Cousteau Center for Ocean Learning.
As a source of inspiration, Seiko has chosen the white shark for this model. One of the points of the second hand is shaped like the tail fin of a shark and among the waves of the sea on the dial, the mouth so characteristic of this creature appears.
